Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at admin@theurbanglam312.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
